Free shipping is available to mainland UK, excluding the Highlands — which, for these purposes, includes AB postcodes.
Shipping to the Highlands and Islands (including AB postcodes) and to Northern Ireland incurs a charge, which is calculated at checkout.
The only exception is the BritTherm range, which currently qualifies for free shipping to the entire UK, including Northern Ireland.
Orders received before 13:00 on a working day will be dispatched on a next working day courier service; however, next day delivery is not guaranteed.
Deliveries to Northern Ireland and the Highlands and Islands typically take 2–3 working days.
